URBAN PLANNING

Urban planning (urban, city, and town planning) incorporates areas such as economics, design, ecology, sociology, geography, law, political science, and statistics to guide and ensure the orderly development of settlements and communities.

Prominent features of urban planning are land use planning, zoning, environmental planning and transportation planning. Urban planning can include urban renewal, by adapting urban planning methods to existing cities suffering from decay and lack of investment.

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN means a style and method of design and construction of buildings and other physical structures. In relation to buildings, architecture has to do with the planning, designing and constructing form, space and ambience that reflect functional, technical, social, environmental, and aesthetic considerations.
It requires the creative manipulation and coordination of material, technology, light and shadow. Architecture also encompasses the pragmatic aspects of realizing buildings and structures, including scheduling, cost estimating and construction administration. As documentation produced by architects, typically drawings, plans and technical specifications, architecture defines the structure and/or behavior of a building or any other kind of system that is to be or has been constructed

Structure DESIGN

Structural Design is a field of engineering dealing with the analysis and design of structures that support or resist loads. It is usually considered a specialty within civil engineering, but it can also be studied in its own right.

Structural Design are most commonly involved in the design of buildings and large non-building structures but they can also be involved in the design of machinery, medical equipment, vehicles or any item where structural integrity affects the item's function or safety.

Structural engineers must ensure their designs satisfy given design criteria, predicated on safety or serviceability and performance.

Structural engineers are responsible for making creative and efficient use of funds, structural elements and materials to achieve these goals.

INTERIOR DESIGN

Interior design refers to the act of carefully choosing the products, styles, materials, fabrics and colors that will be used to decorate a room.
Interior design also refers to the way that the room looks with all of these things in it.

3D VISUALIZATION

Refers to a variety of technologies that provide a real-life 3D visual appearance that is displayed in print, in a computer, in the movies or on TV.
